All items in our shop are handmade and one of a kind. Because of the unique nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Variations in color, texture, or finish
  Minor imperfections that are part of the handmade process
• Buyer’s remorse or incorrect selections

Please review all product descriptions, photos, and details carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, we encourage you to contact us before purchasing.

Each item is created individually, and no two pieces are exactly alike. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy and understand the nature of handmade goods.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.
